Fried Rice
Quick and easy to make,
the warm savory flavor
mixed with the aroma
makes this dish unforgettable.
Ingredients
- 1 cup day old rice
- 1 lb medium or large shrimp
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 diced onion
- 1-2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 1-2 tbsp hoisen sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- AP Seasoning and Lemon Bae
- 1 tsp chicken bouillion powder (to taste)
- avocado oil
Recipe
- Wash and dry shrimp.
- Chop green onions.
- Chop up white onion.
- Season shrimp with salt and lemon pepper.
- Turn stove on medium heat.
- Get skillet and apply avovado oil and a teaspoon of butter.
- Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Set aside for later.
- Add onion and green onion, and stir until it has some color.
- Add chicken bouillion powder and continue mixing.
- Add garlic and stir until aromatic
- While stirring, add rice, garlic paste, sesame oil, soy sauce,
and Hoisin sauce
- Add carrots and peas. Cook until done.
- Add shrimp from earlier
- Serve and enjoy!
