  1. Wash the rice.
  2. Begin boiling the eggs.
  3. Mix rice, coconut oil and water.
  4. Add the ginger, lemongrass, salt, shallot,
    pandan leaf and garlic.
  5. Steam for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove everything except rice.
  7. Plate the rice, and add hard-boiled eggs.
  8. Add some sambal on the side.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
